Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management (MLRITM), Hyderabad, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi — the statutory body responsible for regulating technical education in India. AICTE approval is a mandatory requirement for institutions offering programs in engineering, technology, and management, ensuring that the degrees and diplomas awarded are recognized by the Government of India and employers.

The institution has been granted permission by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad, and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). MLRITM has also been conferred Autonomous Status by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, and is recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act.

Further attesting to its academic excellence, the institute is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ Grade. In addition, All eligible programs have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.
