The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) was inaugurated in 2020 with an initial intake of 60 B.Tech students. This establishment marked a strategic evolution from traditional Computer Science to directly address the Fourth Industrial Revolution's demand for intelligent automation and data-driven expertise. Conceived as a future-focused specialization, the department quickly demonstrated remarkable institutional growth, expanding its intake to 180 students in a short period. This rapid expansion and commitment to quality are validated by its official affiliation with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), which ensures continuous curriculum modernization and adherence to the highest academic standards.
