Controller of Examinations (CoE)

Purpose

Ensure secure, transparent, and efficient examinations in compliance with NAAC, NBA, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and administer all examination activities ensuring academic integrity and accreditation compliance.
Manage secure question paper handling, evaluation, result processing, documentation, and record maintenance as per NAAC/NBA requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance, digital examination system implementation, grievance redressal, and audit coordination.
Generate and maintain assessment data, outcome reports, and evidence for NAAC/NBA accreditation and continuous quality improvement.
Coordinate with HoDs and faculty to support OBE implementation, assessment mapping, and performance bench marking.
