Objective

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and propose developmental initiatives in teaching, research, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Oversee upgrades to departmental labs, classrooms, and digital tools.
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across humanities and science disciplines.
- Encourage student participation in academic and cultural activities.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports to the College Development Committee.
